Advertising Publisher Policy Overview and Scope of Application

Introduction

This policy (Miracle Games Ads Policy) aims to clarify the regulations that developers must follow when integrating advertising placements into their applications. It applies to all products, features, applications, services, software, and games that have enabled Miracle Games Ads.

Core Principles

Compliance Responsibility: Developers are responsible for ensuring their applications comply with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, and our developer guidelines.

Platform Decision Rights: Miracle Games reserves the right to reject, approve, or remove any publisher or application at its sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to: negative impact on relationships with users or advertisers; promotion of content, services, or activities contrary to our advertising philosophy and interests.

Violation Detection: We will analyze all advertising interaction data (clicks, impressions, views, installs, etc.) to identify violations. If it is determined that a publisher's application or account may pose a risk to Miracle Games, users, or advertisers, we may restrict or disable that account or software.

Content Prohibited from Integrating Ads

Do not integrate or display ads in applications that contain or promote the following content:

Advertising Policy Violations: Applications displaying ads that constitute serious or repeated violations of advertising publishing policies will be removed from the Miracle Games Ads platform.

Content Monetization Policy Violations: Content that does not comply with content monetization policies may be ineligible for display.

Poor Quality or Disruptive Experiences: It is prohibited to display ads in software/games that are dysfunctional or cause unexpected, disruptive, or misleading user experiences. This includes, but is not limited to: ads significantly exceeding the volume of native content; ad content causing negative experiences (e.g., pornographic, horrific, fraudulent).

Illegal Goods or Services: Applications must not contain, advocate for, or promote any illegal goods, services, or activities.

Shocking Content: Applications must not contain sensational, disturbing, provocative, or excessively violent content.

Discriminatory Practices: Discrimination or incitement based on personal characteristics (race, ethnicity, color, national origin, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, family status, disability, medical or genetic condition, etc.) is prohibited.

Controlled Substances: Promotion of the sale or use of prohibited drugs, prescription drugs, or recreational drugs is prohibited.

Unsafe Supplements: Promotion of the sale or use of supplements deemed unsafe by Miracle Games is prohibited.

Low-Bid Auction Models: Promotion of similar business models such as penny auctions, pay-to-bid auctions, or pay-per-bid auctions is prohibited.

Gambling/Betting: It is prohibited to advertise or promote online gambling/betting (e.g., betting, lotteries, raffles, casinos, fantasy sports, bingo, poker, pari-mutuel competitions) involving items of monetary value (including virtual currency) within applications or websites, where prizes also involve monetary value.

Vote Manipulation: Providing programmatic voting information or collecting registration information is prohibited.

Mini-Game Quality Requirements: Mini-games must comply with Miracle Games game quality guidelines to be eligible for monetization.

Employment Fraud Promotion: Promotion of unreasonable or unrealistic claims regarding job opportunities is prohibited.

Fraudulent Business Practices: Advertising goods, services, schemes, or offers of a deceptive or misleading nature (intended to defraud users of money or personal data) is prohibited.

Implementation Requirements and Specifications

Application Information Accuracy: Ad requests must always contain accurate information about the approved application, such as ad placement size and top-level URL.

Application Availability: Miracle Games Ads are applicable to applications already listed on the Microsoft Store or Google Play Store. Applications not listed on the Microsoft Store need to contact the business department to discuss co-publishing/assisted publishing with Miracle Games.

Privacy Statement: Applications must provide a detailed privacy policy explaining your privacy practices.

Advertising Integrity:

    ● Editing, modifying, filtering, or truncating information contained in ads or their order is prohibited without prior written permission.

    ● Ad formats (including native ads) where creative materials are partially or completely truncated/minimized are prohibited. All components of an ad (including media files) should be displayed completely and clearly distinguishable.

    ● "Scraping," "capturing," persistently storing, or caching information from ads, as well as indexing such information, is prohibited.

User Perception and Experience:

    ● Ads must not be displayed where users are likely to click by mistake.

    ● Users can only interact with ads via the ad headline, URL, "call-to-action" button, and image assets. Interaction with blank areas or background regions is prohibited to avoid accidental experiences.

    ● Interfering with the results of ad interactions (e.g., blocking pop-ups/page redirects triggered by ads) is prohibited.

User Autonomy:

    ● Interacting with an ad must not be the only way for a user to exit the current screen.

    ● Displaying interstitial ads after a user declines to watch a rewarded video ad is prohibited.

    ● Ads must not be displayed when the application is not active in the foreground (background or out-of-app delivery). Users must clearly know which application the ad originates from.

Ad Delivery Specifications:

    ● An ad placement can only display one Miracle Games ad at a given moment (stacking multiple ads is prohibited).

    ● Automatic refreshing of Miracle Games Ads is prohibited. Manually requesting ad creatives repeatedly or displaying them through intermediaries with automatic refresh mechanisms is prohibited.

    ● Ads should be displayed on real devices to actual interacting users. Impersonating users using smart assistants or automated tools is prohibited.

Prohibition of Improper Inducement:

    ● Inducing, encouraging, or rewarding users to interact with ads is prohibited.

    ● Using false claims to mislead users into interacting with ads is prohibited.

    ● Sending ads to users who have uninstalled the application is prohibited.

Content Legality:

    ● Promotion of spyware, malware, or links to such, and any software causing unexpected or deceptive experiences is prohibited.

    ● Encouraging the installation of ad-injecting programs is prohibited.

Response to Anomalous Behavior: If behavior potentially violating policies or harming advertisers/users is detected, including anomalous data, we may restrict or disable your access to Miracle Games Ads (to check compliance or investigate concerns).

Quality and Authenticity Assurance

Anti-Abuse Practices:

    ● Spamming digital platforms with content (e.g., multiple versions within the same app) or lacking basic app information (e.g., screenshots, descriptions) is prohibited.

    ● Misrepresenting business details (manager, financials, company, app information, version, store, user data, etc.) is prohibited.

Application Ownership:

    ● Developers must pass an application ownership verification process to be eligible for monetization.

    ● Miracle Games Ads may only be used under the following circumstances: the publisher owns/operates the application; or the application owner grants the publisher exclusive third-party monetization rights; or written permission has been obtained from us.

Invalid Traffic: Integration of ads in applications utilizing automated traffic (non-human) is prohibited. It must be ensured that Miracle Games Ads generate genuine interactions. Specifically prohibited:

    ● Using programmatic means to drive inorganic traffic.

    ● Artificially inflating impressions or conversions through automated, deceptive, or cheating means (e.g., repeated clicks, bots). Ensure each ad click is counted only once.

    ● Implementation methods for Miracle Games Ads that artificially manipulate to increase impression or conversion volume.

SDK Integrity Compliance: Modifying, translating, reverse engineering any SDK or its components, or creating derivative works is prohibited. Ensure the advertising mechanism is complete and transparent.

Rewarded Video Ad Special Policy

User Active Choice Requirement:

    ● Each rewarded ad must provide users with a clear opportunity for active choice to watch (e.g., clicking a play button, a countdown timer). A single "accept all" option for all rewarded ads is not permitted.

    ● This option must: 1) Clearly state the reward content; 2) Allow users to close or exit the ad (before watching) without needing to exit the application.

    ● After a user closes an ad (whether via a dedicated button or a reporting feature), the application must not display an interstitial ad as a replacement following the ad.

Reward Criteria:

    ● Reward Purpose Limitation: Rewards must only be granted because the user watched the complete ad. Tying rewards to non-viewing actions like downloads, conversion events, etc., is prohibited.

    ● Prohibition of Monetary Rewards: Providing money or its equivalents (cash, redeemable gift cards, cryptocurrency, in-app tokens, points) for watching ads is prohibited.

    ● Prohibition of Transferable Rewards: Rewards must not be transferable between users (e.g., gifts, tipping mechanisms).

    ● Probability Transparency: If random rewards are offered, the probability of winning must be clearly and understandably explained to the user before they choose to watch. Each ad must clearly label the probability at the call-to-action button (general in-app descriptions are insufficient).

    ● Reward Delivery Immediacy: Users must receive the reward immediately after fully watching the ad, and the reward must be redeemable within that application/website.

Viewing Experience and Exit Rights:

    ● Interference with Exiting Prohibited: Altering the normal ways users close, skip, or exit rewarded videos (e.g., removing the close button or delaying response to close actions) is prohibited.

    ● No Reward for Incomplete Viewing: If a user closes the ad early (or uses a report/hide feature to skip) before it ends, the application must not grant the reward.

Ad Placement Rules:

    ● It is recommended to serve rewarded video or rewarded interstitial ads at natural breakpoints (e.g., after completing a game level).

    ● If not served at a breakpoint, developers must set clear limits for rewarded ads (e.g., a maximum of 3 plays within a specific time period). These limits and the circumstances for using rewarded ads must be explained on the application store product page.
